DOGMASTERS Do's and Don'ts before a groom

Please inform your humans of the following:

If you could be so kind to ensure you tell your human to exercise you properly before grooming session starts.

Please note that I do take before and after photos of my styling so if you would prefer that I do not take these for my records and social media content please ask your human to tell me.

Please note that there is a cancellation policy of 24 hours. If you cancel an appointment within this time there will be a charge of £40.

If your human has had to save a space for us in front of your property with their car/cars, please ensure that they are ready to move off just before your appointment time. The van is very large and needs approximately 1.5 car lengths.
