DOGMASTERS Do's and Don'ts before a groom

Please inform your humans of the following:

Please note that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If 24 hours’ notice is not given for “whatever reason”, the full amount of the groom will be charged.

This also includes, “forgetting” about an appointment made, and “no space” held outside your property for our grooming van.

If your human has had to save a space for us in front of your property with their car/cars, please ensure that they’re sitting in their car ready to move off just before your appointment time so we can move into their spot. The van is very large and needs approximately 1.5/ ideally 2 car lengths.

If you could be so kind to ensure you tell your human to exercise you properly before your grooming session starts.

Please note that I do take before and after photos of my styling, so if you would prefer that I do not take these for my records and social media content please ask your human to tell me.
